The Art of Hand Engraving is a process where a 'Graver' is pushed through the metal's surface.

The graver is ground and sharpened to a specific angled point. This angle allow the graver enter the metal and travel forward,

cutting a small furrowed 'V' shape into the metal.

Hand engraving & Scrimshaw is an extremely very labour intensive artform.
